I've been recording internal temperatures (brood area and bottom rear) as
well as humidities (along with external temp and humidity) from a single
hive. The brood area temp usually runs about 36 degC but it will jump up as
high as 43 degC for a while, then return back to around 36. My initial
guess is that the bees are trying to 'kill' the sensor as after a week, it
seems to stay steady.
Any one have similar experiences?
Howard
