CCD is infectious?

And it only works well on virus.

vitamin c works on a virus?

works? Please explain?

>so Bob, there is an answer.

To my knowledge CCD is only a name given to a hive with certain named symptoms not a disease.

Back at the start 2006/07 I named Queen Collapse Disorder (QCD) which many out of commercial circles have ever heard of.

I felt QCD symptoms were far more prevalent in Hack's bees , Lance's bees (First two beekeepers losing semi loads)

Took awhile but Dennis V. now admits only 4% of deadouts fit the CCD description. I would say most of the rest hives which collapse from causes not from obvious known reasons fit the symptoms of QCD (never described in archives).

CCD was *in my opinion* painting a yard called CCD with too broad a brush.

Glad you are having better luck with your bees Dave!
