It may not be terribly formal, but "aha moment" is easily digestible and often used, so something to the effect of "an easily accessible/obtainable aha moment" might suit your purposes. I think it nicely encompasses the fact that the lesson shouldn't be something that is obvious beforehand, but that after the fact it should be obvious you learned something and see the world a little bit differently.
I have a sudden urge to re-read Stranger in a Strange land now...

Hi all,
Maybe this is obvious and I've been staring at this document too long! I am running low on descriptors.
I'm looking for a formal term that describes when a person "gets" the exhibit interactive.
I'm trying to say that given the context of the exhibits, there is a strong need for "ease-of-successful interaction" or engagement (translation: can't be too subtle or complex given the 'hood).
Any ideas? Thank you in advance!
