We have an Easter egg drawing activity, math related. You can take 3 tacks
and put them in paper, then ties string in a loop and use that to draw an
egg shape. A variation on the idea of ellipses are equidistant from two
focal points. The egg shape can be reduced to three interlocking
ellipses. We actually give folks sheets of metal and the tack shaped
magnets so then can try different positions of the tacks to see what is
most egg shaped.
There is also the EggBot to draw on eggs. Also if you cut eggs very well
(Dremel) you can put four egg tops under a board and someone can stand on
it.
