Second call for papers.there is still room

This year the Council for Northeast Historical Archaeology (CNEHA) annual
meeting will be held from November 6th to the 9th at the Ocean Place Hotel
and Resort in Long Branch, New Jersey http://cneha.org/conference.html. As
session chair on Stoneware I would like to extend a call for papers. I
would like this session to be a combination of Power Point presentations,
posters and physical examples (vessels, sherds, wasters, kiln furniture and
even sections of kilns) as nothing beats hands on exposure to artifacts.
Much work has been conducted on stoneware manufacturing sites since the late
Norm Barka's work on the "Poor Potter" of Yorktown. It would be great to
assemble some of these investigations in a single place to get everyone up
to speed. Please send abstracts for proposed presentations to William
Liebeknecht [log in to unmask] by June 19th so that selections can be
made in a timely fashion.
