I have a friend (highly knowledgeable and published in the world of
tobaccianna (and NO - not me) who is writing a book on smoking during the
civil war.  I am checking around for him to find someone who is
knowledgeable on civil war artifacts and preferably published, to review
his manuscript. Can anyone provide some leads for me? Please contact me off
