Dear Colleagues,

St. Mary's College of Maryland seeks a Project Archaeologist and an Assistant Archaeologist for the project, Colonial Encounters: The Lower Potomac River Valley at Contact, 1500-1720 AD. This project, a collaboration of a number of institutions in the region and funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities, will involve the comparative analysis of more than 30 archaeological site assemblages from the lower Potomac drainage.
