So there are no statistics? Could your own beekeeping federation undertake
to have something like

where beekeepers and inspectors cooperate to get information about winter
survival?

One beekeeper's or even 20 reports are anecdotal, but 2,000 becomes a
statistic which most rational people will listen to. Or are there
statistics and they are disagreed with? If so, why are they not credible?
