the ag community to convert mega hundreds of thousands of miles worth of
farm roadsides that currently look like those shown below into good quality
bee forage land?"

IMHO, getting central CA road shoulders to look like those in the Midwest
will probably take an awful lot of irrigation pipe, and maybe even some
water now and again.
