We are currently advertising a permanent, federal GS 5 Anthropology Collections Management Technician position-the link to USAJOBS.gov is below.  The person selected for this entry-level position will work with the Smithsonian's archaeology and ethnology collections, which consist of over 2.5 million objects.  The position will be part of our Collections Management and Conservation Division and the incumbent will join a team of museum specialists and conservators in caring for the nation's collections.
