Good day!
I am wondering if anybody has worked on Michigan Region Trading post's
?. A farmer friend of mine while working
his fields, located a copper handle of some type with hand incised
Indian motif depicting what appears to be 2 arrows
crossed over what may be an Indian shield with other highlights added.
The piece is broken at both ends. I have photo's
in the camera that I have not downloaded yet. If anybody is interested
in viewing please contact me direct and I will forward
the images. Additionally a few musket balls were found in the area as
well. I am not sure whether or not this was a trade item
Thanks for any help!
