Well, we DO know that there was a a positive correlation between good visitor experience and visitor interaction with floor staff. Don't ask where I read it, I think Carey Tisdal ran that survey in St. Louis...
Attendance? I have no clue. Sounds like a stretch, although at our place we find that the tone of voice in phone queries changes the instant we say we have floor staff - the "excitement" level goes up.
