You know one thing I thing is interesting is simply having people listen to
their varying pitch sensitivities as they simply change the shape of their
own pinnae. They can do this simply with their fingers and some gentle
bending. It's typically high frequency reflection, but it is remarkable.
There's lots of other stuff to fiddle with if you want to call it an
exhibit.
