Had freezing temps two and three nights ago.  Fell to upper 20's.

Puzzled me as well.  There was/is stored pollen and honey.  No robbing was taking place even though temps were in the low 70's.  No sign hive beetle larvae and only saw one live hive beetle in the entire colony.  There had to be over 100 dead hive beetles on the bottom of the hive.

Think Beltsville would bee interested in the deal bees and hive beetles I've bagged?
