Hi Christina and all
I am neither a chemist nor an expert in these matters, but I do read
all these posts with interest. I believe that Randy was commenting
that amitraz does not penetrate the cappings to kill the mites within
the cell as some formic preparations are alleged to do. I worry
about the chemicals in wax that I purchase as foundation which may
push me to buying unwaxed plastic foundation instead of the beeswax
foundation that I have always preferred.
