effect is demonstrated in a lab and can be reasonably extrapolated to a
field situation, it is not unreasonable to assume that it exists."
Harm demonstrated in the lab, then extrapolated to a field situation, is in
my opinion "hypothetical harm" until someone actually shows such harm in a
field situation. I just don't understand why people continue to poison bees
in labs and act like it's news.
