Here (Netherlands) the Robinia flowers in June, end of June. It gives high fructose honey that does not cristalise and is perfect for wound and throath treatment. Unfortunately it needs 20+ Celsius temperatures, calm humid weather to yield good. Once every five years or so I have a crop form it.
