I love it.  The photo of Loretta is set at SeaGlass.  From a toast of the town perspective, I'm reminded of Frank's statement that "the Exploratorium would always be a bit of dump's and Gump's" (the latter reference to a since de-funked upscale, local department store).  

At the old PFA, I promptly asked him where he thought the Gump's  was?

Here at the pier we have a illegitimate claim at long last.
