TOKEN  SERIES

The WV Division of Culture and History will continue its  commemorative 
token series of sesquicentennial programs beginning this  Saturday and 
progressing throughout the year.
Visitors will ear a coin  emblazoned with a symbol relating to WV for each 
month they participate.   The programs will be in the Culture Center.
The series will take place in  the Museum Education Center from 10 am 
through 3 pm.  Each event will  include a display of artifacts from the museum's 
collection; videos and  documentaries in the media room; and hands-on 
projects.  All activities  are free and open to the public.
The spring schedule is as follows:
This  Saturday: "At Home, Victorian Life in the City." The coin will depict 
the  state bird, the cardinal.

MARCH 9: "PRE-STATEHOOD, VICTORIAN LIFE IN  THE COUNTRY."   THE COIN WILL 
DEPICT THE STATE INSECT, THE HONEY  BEE.
