Hi There
I'm wondering if anyone can point me to any taphonomic studies that might
have been carried out on historical archaeological sites. I've been
searching for any studies where taphonomic analysis has been used to
understand the development of historical sites but so far have drawn a
blank. I am particularly interested in sites where taphonomic approaches
may have been applied to understanding the processes of construction or
demolition of structures undergoing excavation.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
