Don't need to pre-mix anything...

In the container you use...5 gallon pail or drum or whatever...

Draw a line in the container. Fill to line with granulated sugar. Fill 
to line with hot water and stir. When the sugar has dissolved, top off 
to line with hot water and stir.

You get 2:1 (65%) every time
