The bees are on a 6th floor roof (rubber)
 
Lots of bees on rooftops - I've had them on and off for years on 5 and  an 
8 story roof.
 
Try to provide shade from sun during hot part of day.  Roof top water  
would good.  Add a roof cam aimed at hive entrance, so all those folks  looking 
out their windows, spotting the hives, can dial in.
