About climate change education:
1. Prof. David Archer's entire "Climate Change: Understanding the
Forecast" course at University of Chicago is now online, in the vanguard
of the "MOOC" (Massively Online Open Course) trend. See
forecast.uchicago.edu. It's formal, not informal, but really good. I
watched the videos about a year ago and am now plowing through the
recently-added exercises and quizzes.
2. Anita Sohus at the NASA/JPL Museum Alliance has produced several very
helpful teleconference seminars with NASA climate researchers for Museum
Alliance members. See informal.jpl.nasa.gov
