Helluva response!

OK, I can only speak for myself, but out of respect for Karlis' efforts to
reprint the Kidd and Kidd book in the "Beads" journal, I will go ahead and
purchase what seems a very reasonably priced reprint, in addition to
borrowing an electronic copy for short-term use in one of our field
offices.

I hope that others of you support Karlis' efforts as well!

And thanks for everybody's offers of help and sharing.
