Rick was a great guy, a pillar for the SHA, a leading expert on the
Northwest, a leading historical archaeologist, and, finally, a leader in
studying the history of our field. Has someone told the Susquash who
live deep in the forests of the Northwest? They were personal friends of
Sprague.
