Anyone--does open air
> ventilation and light work elsewhere?
I have an open lean-to type of shed that I keep stuff under in my drive way. I
fitted some boards to the bottom of the rafters that allow me to hang my comb
overhead out of the way. They get plenty of light and air and I have zero
problems with the wax moths. They are close enough to the metal roof that they
are mostly protected from rain.
This is from a master beekeeper with about 30 hives in NC. I'm not in the
game. You would be wise to disregard this post completely.
