The page gives this link which contains better information:
http://www.pacc-news.com/5-2-12/heart_ingram5_2_12.html

It seems to me that this is a quarrel between two strong-willed people:
Ingram, who has 58 years experience with bees and conciders his opponent
a green-horn and Kivikko, who is not given the respect that is due to a
state bee inspector. So both do what wiser people would not have done:
Ingram accuses her of a cover-up concerning round-up and ignores her and
Kivikko brings down the full power of the law which is legal but could
have been handled in a different way. Fortunately, we treat each other
on the BEE-L list with respect ;)

I found all beekeepers I have met to be the greatest and most generous
people. Bee keeping has so much give and take that selfish people could
not do it.

Jorg
