Hey Bob I still have totes,lol. I haven't done like a few guys and drive in and take a walk around , but I drive by his yards going to mine often. The ones I ve seen I would say the pallets are not very far from the yards or almost sitting at the end or a row of hives sometimes. I'm rendering some wax for him , and the next time I talk to him I'll ask some questions and get it from the horses mouth. I haven't gave much thought to the reason behind it because It doesn't appeal to me as a desired feed delivery way, but you wouldn't have all the dead bees that accumulate in open drums and the bees would not be crawling on top of each other as bad and some product would run off and self cleanse the surface of the buckets I suppose.
