Thanks for the clarification Charlie! I had never heard that detail. Have
you got the Case name--I'd be interested in reviewing.
As far as foot shooting, potential registrants for products for the
beekeeping industry are gunshy of lawsuits hurting their investment, since
the market is so small.
In any case, if memory serves, EPA did remove any tolerance level for
amitraz in honey a year or two ago.
