I will put in a third way. Will the farmers or seed companies now sue the
beekeeper for their bees trespassing on their crop? For the bees stealing
their product e.g. nectar or pollen? Might sound far fetched but the seed
companies have a lot to lose, have big bank accounts and usually employ a
stack of lawyers.
