Hi Jim,
I have had some granulated honey several times in my 39 years as a
beekeeper.
Canola is bad at this trait. White blooming vetch also will do this.
I made a warmer and placed it on a stand with a thermostat and I can place 4
shallow supers on the stand and set the temperature at 110 for 5 days and it
will liquefy .
Slows processing down, but works well if you cool down to 95 degrees F
before extracting.
Otherwise the comb will destruct.
I do not know what your honey was made from, so I can not guess.
After liquefying, maybe the taste will let you know where it came from.
Lionel
