No it would not contain your bees and exclude drones from other areas, and this has been seen and documented off Gulf Port States of USA and Great lakes, and off coast of S. America and Africa also.........for you have to be further then drones and queens can fly in mating, plus milage expended in swarming and flying and this is many miles more so then you thinking.
