"Hi Karen, the specifications you point out are just a suggestion; it's a
best possible case scenario. However, MAQS is completely usable at this
time. Watch your temperatures as well as making sure it is above 50 and
below 92 for the first 3 days. Add an extra super to give the bees room to
move up and expand. Make sure that you have your entrances wide open to
allow sufficient ventilation to the brood area. I hope this clears things
up for you, MAQS is usable during Spring, Summer and Fall treatments given
the temperatures are within the limits and you have at least 6 frames of
bees."
