The last few years, some have needed to ramp up the dose, or frequency of
treatment.  Dr. Frank Eischen recently reported that efficacy at Weslaco
had dropped off considerably.

I'm surprised that amitraz has had as long a run as it's had.  Would of
course be best to alternate.
