Talking about organic honey is really frustrating for me. I would 'love' to be able to produce organic honey, but the agricultural practices where I live preclude any possibility of that; herbicides, weed killers, GM seed. I read the posts concerning OH not because I have aspirations of production, but to gain knowledge. As I see it, there are very few spots on this earth where the production of truly organic honey is possible, and some of them won't sustain colonies of bees year round.
