"If a swarm had occurred the queen would be with the OLD bees, not the young
ones."

Is there ANY artificial swarm method that ends up with the natural swarm distributions of
young bees, old bees, queen cells and old queen in the two halves of the split ? A swarm
would probably have to contain SOME young bees to act as nurse bees in the new nest.
Maybe the Taranov method ?
