The Society for Post-Medieval Archaeology will be holding their second annual Geoff Egan Memorial Lecture, on Friday 14th December at the Society of Antiquaries of London, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BE.
Beverly Straube, Senior Archaeological Curator at Jamestown Rediscovery, Virginia will be speaking on:
'Surprises from the Soil: Archaeological Discoveries from Britain's First Successful Trans-Atlantic Colony at Jamestown'
There will be a wine reception from 5.30 - 7.00pm
And the lecture takes place 7.00 - 8.30pm
