I am looking for contributors for a foodways session for the fall CNEHA conference in St. John's. I am looking specifically for contributors who are applying an anthropological framework of analysis or using complementary sources to look at both content and context of the meal, to understand the foodways of regional and ethnic communities, and to explore the meaning of food-related practices.

This session is offered as a complement to another foodways session that will focus on interdiscplinary approaches and types of scientific analyses that can be brought to bear on the topic of food and foodways. That session is being organized by Stéphane Noël and Eric J. Guiry.

Please contact me directly if you are interested. Many thanks!
