Check with David Pollack at the Kentucky Archaeological Survey
[log in to unmask] . KAS has relocated several large early to mid-19th
century cemeteries in Kentucky, which are in various states of analysis and
reporting. One of these includes a cemetery at the Eastern State Lunatic
Asylum, for those that posted a few days ago about cemeteries in
institutional contexts. Dave can provide more information about these
cemeteries.

Subject: Historic Cemetery Relocations
Greetings,
I am curious if anyone on the list has knowledge about recently completed
(either fieldwork or reporting) historic cemetery/burial relocation projects
in the US or Canada, or perhaps projects which might be starting up
fieldwork in the near future. Thank you in advance for your input.
Best,
Jeremy
