This must be the "Winter of our discontent." We need to all relax and:

(1) realize that publishing is a difficult process which usually gets 
off schedule. I am going to wait for the book and I would not take a 
position of 'never buying from them again.' They have some good books 
out so who knows what future books they will publish we may all want.

(2) For  all the political commentators - you should all move to 
China where you could have -

         a corrupt Communist dictatorship practicing out of control 
Capitalism without much concern for the natural environment, 
international understandings, or the Chinese people - now that is a 
real formula for long term success.

Come to think about it, it falls in the same category as voters in a 
democracy voting back into office a political party that put their 
society down the tubes after blaming those who where trying to 
correct the problems for the problems. Could not happen.

Lets see what the new political situation does to archaeology, 
including Historical Archaeology.
