On You Tube, there is a video 
which shows a rattlesnake found
near a feral honeybee nest.

Although, they are not beekeepers,
it illustrates the potential dangers.

The snake was not noticed for 
nearly a full minute!

The bees do not appear to be
attacking the snake, but may
have fallen from the nest onto
the snake.

The first rule in lifting objects off
the ground in venomous snake 
country, is that a check for snakes
is performed first, then attention
can be turned to the objective.

They were lucky.  The title could may 
have well read "how to kill a person ,,,,"
