Allen Writes:
>Makes one wonder about possible Africanization.

Thats stretching it a bit.
It would take more than a few similarities to
make the jump past wonderment and speculation,
into the realm of positive identification.

There may be several similarities which
Africanized bees have with European bees,
Each of these similarities may be easily
explained (if they need be explained at all)
by the influence which environmental
factors may have on a population of
honeybees.

You bring up some valid comparisons.
But in the end, who really cares what
the genetic makeup of a honeybee
colony is, if they carry the desired
traits which are beneficial to beekeeping?

Best Wishes
