We are pleased to announce that online registration and proposal submissions for SHA 2013 will be available 1 May. You are receiving this email because you have been an SHA member, or participated in the 2012 conference in Baltimore. 

If you are planning to join us in Leicester as a participant, we would ask you to please carefully review the call for papers instructions, located here:

Your registration - Please check your registration by logging in. If you have forgotten your username or password, visit https://www.conftool.com/sha2013/ and follow the prompts. It's crucial that your affiliation be correct, as this is how it will appear in all materials. You can update address and email and other details as needed.

Symposium/Forum/Panel Proposers: It is essential that ALL participants are registered with ConfTool. This is our only way for assigning affiliations, checking for conflicts, and producing a fabulous program. This includes discussants. Please check that their email you submit matches the one registered in Conftool. If they participated last year, it is likely that they are already in the system, and will have received an email like this one. If not, have them register at https://www.conftool.com/sha2013/.

Validate your email: Please login and validate your email with us. This is incredibly helpful when we are looking to communicate with you and in setting the program up properly.
