I get the once-a-day digest version of BEE-L. From this perspective, it
may be easier to watch the evolution of a thread that it is to watch the
individual messages as they go by.

In the GMO Neonic Ready Bee thread:

It was said that chemicals and pesticides do plenty of damage in our
environment.

In response it was said that a lot less chemical pesticides are used in
farming today than previously.

In response to that, the point was made that some chemicals are extremely
powerful and that small amounts can do enormous damage.

In response to that, it was said that that was a bad example because the
chemical described had been around for 50 years.

In response the point is reiterated that chemicals can do a lot of damage.

In response, the previous frequent posters defend their original comments.

This may be an important discussion for the posters, but probably not for
most readers of BEE-L.
