Hello Geoff,

Some was found in Québec City in 2008 on the Cartier-Roberval Site (1541-1543). It can be seen in the exhibition that opened three weeks ago: http://www.montrealgazette.com/technology/Quebec+City+museum+unearths+slice+colonial+life/8529130/story.htm. You will be able to see it if you attend the upcoming SHA meetings in Québec City next January (http://www.sha2014.com)

Objet : bits of chain mail

My wife found some pieces of chain mail on her excavation; not whole suits, but scraps of various sizes. We were wondering if anyone knows of similar finds anywhere else?
