In my lab we analyzed GMO canola pollen for protein, sugars and amino acids. They were similar to non GMO. The only issue in terms of nutrition is:
1. As bill mentioned us one pollen source. Bees are polyectic (likes various pollen sources).
2. The pollen flow comes only for few weeks (2-4 weeks).
3. Sprayinh round up kills all other weeds that can be alternatives food sources for bees at various tuime of the year.

Research was done in northen Alberta by Dr. Winston's student and they showed some of these effects.
