Looking at my early article
http://scientificbeekeeping.com/ipm-3-strategy-understanding-varroa-population-dynamics/,
I see that I found figures of mite mortality from 4-12% monthly.  I don't
have time to tell you which papers I got that from, but my references are
at the end of the article--I suspect that I got those figures from Stephen
Martin's papers.
