I wasn't accepting the charge that the UK is lax over personal or environmental protection regarding pesticides, and I'm not comfortable with that statement above either.

OK, I need to find something that explains the legal requirement in Europe to follow the label guidelines.  I've cited Bayer, so now let's compound the crime by citing Monsanto!
