My question is, would treatment by the powdered sugar method be construed to be included in the treatment-free definition?

I presently am able to work my bees without any treatment of any kind what-so-ever.  However, that does not say that come two weeks from now I will have colonies crashing.  I live 1/2 way between Montgomery and Mobile and seemingly nose ma has not been a problem in my area.  The bees have been flying almost weekly if not daily this winter.  It has been a most unusual year here.  They were bringing in pollen the week of Christmas, in abundance.  Think I would have a better idea of what was going on if I had marked all of my queens, instead of just some of them.  Oh well,   lessons learned.
