ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We are looking to plan/improve our start-up and shut-down procedures for all exhibits with electricity requirements.
Considering all the varied operation hours during the year, we were thinking of incorporating 'raspberry pi' components to wirelessly turn exhibits on/off and to set timer functions, controlled via a computer or handheld device. Has anybody else tried this with their exhibits, or currently planning something like this? Any input is appreciated, as always. Thanks.
